Nicole Zakowicz is a Managing Director in the firm's Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Group. With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, she possesses deep expertise in both litigation consulting and business valuation.

Nicole provides damages consulting and expert testimony in complex commercial, intellectual property, and business interruption disputes. She has prepared a range of damage analyses, including lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment. She frequently advises on pre- and post-litigation matters, such as preliminary damage estimates, settlement assessments, and ability-to-pay evaluations.
She has been retained as an expert in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

In addition to her litigation work, Nicole performs business valuations for a variety of purposes and is a candidate for the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at both an international audit and advisory firm and a regional accounting and consulting firm.
